Who has made big moves during preseason camp? Receiver Adrian Cannon on offense and safety Kenny Tate on defense.
Here's Fridge on Tate: "Kenny Tate is having a sensational camp. He's all over the place. He's intercepting passes, he's sacking guys. [Defensive coordinator Don] Brown's got him blitzing, covering. Every time you look up, he's making a play. You saw that in the scrimmage the other day."
Here's secondary coach Kevin Lempa on Tate: "Right now he's as good as anybody. Kevin Barnes is probably the best defensive back that I've coached. And Will Blackmon, who plays with the Packers, and Jamie Silva with the Colts. But he (Tate) is up there. He needs to play lower. He's so tall."
And, finally, here is Fridge on Cannon: "Adrian Cannon is far and above all the receivers we have right now."
