If you're a faithful reader, you know that I predicted both Orioles victories -- the Opening Day reverse lock victory at the head of my Sunday column and last night's big offensive performance against Chien-Ming Wang in the blog -- but I'm not going to get into the business of predicting every game. I do have one concern about today's game, however.

When there were two outs in the ninth inning last night and the Orioles let Mark Teixeira get back to the plate, I wondered aloud whether he was getting one chance too many to get his season jump-started. Better for the Orioles for him to sleep on another 0 for 4 performance. Of course, he doubled in a run and -- in my opinion -- improved his chances of breaking out today.
