Comedian Sherri Shepherd turned 42 today, and she celebrated with a little gospel music flavor.
On the The View, The Clark Sisters sang Shepherd's favorite song, "You Brought the Sunshine.''
Shepherd's birthday celebration also included a cake-tasting contest. Food Network chefs baked elaborately decorated cakes flavored with peanut butter, chocolate, cheesecake and bourbon. (Shepherd liked the cheesecake-flavored cake.)
As a bonus, the audience received CDs by the Clark Sisters, including, Oh Happy Day and Clark Sisters Live: One Last Time.
