Caption Call Recap: Week of March 30

Thanks to everyone who played Caption Call with us last week. Our personal favorite of the week was the man with the wackiest beard we've ever seen, but you guys seemed to have a lot of fun with the Obamas meeting Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. Without further delay, click the link below to see which captions made the cut as the funniest of the week.

Elmar Weisser, who is billed as a "beard world champion" in the real caption for this Getty Images photo, has his whiskers crafted into a bicycle. What does one have to do to become a beard world champion? (Special thanks to Cait for the inside joke turned into a caption)

We're just glad to see Dom Deluise is still working.

This wasn't what I had in mind when I called Roto Reuter to snake the hair out of the tub?
Submitted by jay gee (Totally gross, jay. Yuck)

You guys have put some stupid stuff on this site but this one takes the cake
Submitted by Dennis Seabolt (Should we take that as a compliment, Dennis?)

There's something very touching about this AP photo of a Canadian squirrel, kinda like the viral video of the otters holding hands.

"You humans are not very good at this. You really must open your hand in order to catch. Let's try it again please."
Submitted by Pie Snelson

Here, catch, you can have it back. FDA says no more pistachios.

These clowns were promoting a recent Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey stint in New York City. Sad to see we were the only ones who decided to poke fun at Mario Lopez ... maybe it's just beacuse we're going through Saved by the Bell withdrawl. (Getty Images)

Yo, Big Top Posse... Represent!

Nice to see that the Obamas had time on their whirlwind European tour of 2009 to pay a visit to Queen Elizabeth. Wonder if this was before or after the president gave the queen an iPod ... (AP photo)

President Obama hangs back surveying the room for the most expensive items to take to help stimulate the economy.

Just what I always wanted! My own little queen! I will name her George and I will hug her and pet her and squeeze her and pat her and...
Submitted by D'oh! (We love Tommy Boy, D'Oh. Fat guy in a little coat)

thank you. I love the Queen.
Submitted by dkh735 (We love the queen too, mum)

Too bad that people who are unfortunately unemployed have a lot of time on their hands. The only funny thing that's come out of it was the recent Unemployment Olympics in New York City. In this AP photo, a dapper ex-businessman plays the office phone toss. (He does look like Conan O'Brien a little bit, right?)

Conan O'Brien experiments with telekinesis.
Submitted by Patti (The picture is so much funnier if we think about the phone coming to him. Well played)

Don't forget to try your hand at today's photo of a few riled up potato chip men. Yeah, we don't get it either, but have at it!
