• John Calipari is leaving Memphis for Kentucky. Xavier Henry is a five-star shooting guard from Oklahoma City who signed with Memphis. So how does this affect Stephenson? The Topeka Capital-Journal explains.

"They were always in my top two, Kansas was," Henry told a reporter from TheShiver.com, a Web site affiliated with ESPN. "So, of course, I'm gonna look at them again."

Almost everything else about this situation is subject to interpretation. Whether or not Stephenson, who plays the same position as Henry, postponed his announcement because of Henry's situation at Memphis is unclear. According to ZagsBlog.com, a recruiting Web site, Stephenson will wait another week to announce his decision.

SNY.tv's Adam Zagoria expounds on the Calipari-Henry-Stephenson-Kansas-Kentucky-Memphis conundrum, in addition to addressing Maryland's place on Stephenson's list -- specifically whether Gary Williams' visit to his game on Saturday played a role in the delayed decision.

Was [Williams' visit] a factor?

"It's not about that," Stephenson said. "I'm just waiting it out, make the best decision for me and my family. I'm just waiting it out."

The Kansas City Star explains how the Jayhawks' scholarship situation could be worked out.

Even if KU was to get a commitment from Stephenson or Henry, the fact remains that the Jayhawks would have 15 scholarships occupied if Sherron Collins and Cole Aldrich return to school. That's two over the limit of 13. Kansas would have to cut two scholarships either through Collins and/or Aldrich's early defection to the NBA or players transferring this offseason.

Here's Stephenson explaining why he postponed his announcement.
