Anybody heard of that slippery slope before? Well, if you haven't you'll get an earful if Terrell Owens becomes a Baltimore Raven.

OK, let's get this outta the way ... yes, T.O. is talented.

He's the one who told us to get the popcorn ready, right? He's had great moments, my favorite is probably his performance in Super Bowl XXXIX. Showing up to the dance and making plays on a broken leg does make you a gamer. But let's not forget his road to that Super Bowl came straight through Baltimore. He quickly dissed us and moved on to the Philadelphia Eagles back in 2004.

So, why now? We don't need him. The Ravens seem to be spending this free agency period by addressing our defensive issues, and shoring up our offensive line. And with the rest of free agency, and the draft on the way, I think we'll have more great news to talk about in Ravenstown.

And let's not forget yesterday's great news ... 52 is back in Purple and Black! Ray's next three years are all about putting a few more rings on top of a hall of fame career, not babysitting a grown man. T.O. IS talented, and he's been productive in San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Dallas. Any of those teams get rings while he was there?

Nope.

You want a veteran wide receiver? A gamer with hall of fame numbers, and something in the tank? A guy who can make a positive impact on new young recievers? Say no to T.O. and look to Marvin Harrison. Send T.O. to Detroit, so I can watch him on Thanksgiving Day!
