Happy Monday, all. So how did you spend your Valentine's Day weekend? At a destination wedding? Well, these 14 brides spent Saturday getting hitched atop the Empire State Building. Once a year, the romantic NYC icon, featured in An Affair to Remember and Sleepless in Seattle, opens its doors to couples wanting to get married. This year, more than 400 couples entered the contest at Brides.com, but only 14 were chosen.

The lucky ones included a same-sex couple as well as a groom from Maryland. (according to the press release). The groom, Kevin Koski of Odenton, was to marry Heidi Landry of Norfolk. Both are active duty members of the Coast Guard and wanted to get married "overlooking an integral city of the country they both serve." The couples were allowed to have 20 family members witness the sky-high event, so if any of Kev's peeps want to tell us about it, we're listening. Also, the folks over at Brides.com have video of all 14 weddings. Either way, congratulations to the Koskis!
