Time online is conducting a poll to rank the best (and conversely, the worst) front office folks in sports. At the top of the list among the best is San Antonio Spurs GM R.C. Buford, followed by the likes of New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft and baseball execs such as Billy Beane (Oakland A's) and even Theo Epstein (Boston Red Sox), who once interned for the Baltimore Orioles.

So, going down the list at No. 47, is -- guess who?

Orioles owner Peter Angelos (left), who at least is ahead of New York Knicks' mastermind Isiah Thomas and Arizona Cardinals owner Bill Bidwill. Here's the poll. And I think there's still time to get in on the voting.
