I just received an e-mail from Major League Baseball, noting that MLB, the New York Yankees and the city of New York will make a "major joint announcement" at 10 a.m. tomorrow at City Hall.

Sounds like something Ricky Williams would be involved in, but apparently not.

Commissioner Bud Selig, Yankees general partner Steve Swindal and New York City mayor Michael R. Bloomberg will be in attendance.

A new stadium? Roger Clemens' return? Derek Jeter is dating another supermodel? A-Rod just stranded two runners? Billy Martin has been hired as manager again - from the grave?

Sounds intriguing.
