If you're a frequent reader of this blog, you know that we set up a fantasy football league this year that included me, (ex-Fantasy Guy) Dave Alexander, (Sun writer) Childs Walker and 11 readers.
Well, the 14-team Charm City Champions League wrapped up its season last week. Congratulations to Young and Talented for its championship-game win over the Big Slicks.
It was a low-scoring matchup with Ravens' players making the difference. Jamal Lewis and the Ravens' defense both had big games for Young and Talented, as they were able to overcome solid outings from Jeff Garcia and Ladell Betts for the Big Slicks.
Wondering how Dave, Childs and I did? We were a combined 15-24, and none of us made the playoffs. I was definitely the weakest link with a 4-9 record (No, I still have not forgiven LaMont Jordan).
Shows how much we know, huh?
Thanks to everyone who participated, and congratulations to those who did well.
