Someone please tell the Ravens that tonight's game has started.

They brought the bodies, but not the heads. Too many early mistakes.

Illegal hands to face. Pass interference. Holding.

I'm pretty sure one guy was flagged for ending a sentence with a preposition.

At least we know that Steve McNair and Derrick Mason have gotten reacquainted.

McNair, McNabb...I might have to run out for some McNuggets.

Why does it seem like Musa Smith has moved ahead of Mike Anderson?

OK, back to baseball:

Suspensions already have been handed out for last night's brawl between Anaheim and Texas, which began when Adam Kennedy charged Rangers pitcher Scott Feldman.

Or did it begin when every member of Anaheim's pitching staff attempted to hit a Rangers batter as if trying to win a teddy bear at the local carnival?

Feldman received the stiffest penalty - a six-game suspension. Teammate Vicente Padilla has been suspended for five games, and manager Buck Showalter four.

Feldman should have been suspended for the rest of the season for the lame punch he threw.

Kennedy only received a four-game suspension, as did teammates Brendan Donnelly and Kevin Gregg. Manager Mike Scioscia was has been suspended for three games, and bench coach Ron Roenicke one after serving as acting manager.

He has Donnelly to thank for that one.

Two other Angels, John Lackey and Juan Rivera, received undisclosed fines.
