I don't think you should worry about paying a buck or two extra for Albert Pujols, Dave. As he's shown in the first series, he's the NL's one gold-plated, no-questions-at-all superstar. You also did nice work in putting together a productive outfield, though I don't love the individual players aside from Hermida.

You're hurting a little in the infield with Dan Uggla and Wilson Betemit starting, Brad Eldred not certain to play much and Junior Spivey already in the minors. But that's the nature of a deep  league. I have Mark Sweeney and Jeff DaVanon starting for my NL-only team so I can sympathize. I think you should trade for another speed guy at some point. Maybe you could use Jose Guillen for bait.

I'm not sure I like Jae Seo at $10, but I don't know the overall pricing for starters in the league, so it may not be bad. If I were you, I'd want one 200-strikeout guy in my rotation. But those aren't easy to come by and this pitching isn't bad for a $72 staff (I like you getting two cheap, dirty closers for $17.)

I also really like your reserves. Dustin Nippert and Corey Hart could both help you later in the year. Nippert is next in line for Arizona's rotation and Hart is an interesting power-speed combo if he gets any playing time in Milwaukee.

I'm about to head off for more Orioles-Devil Rays action. Remember folks, be patient with your struggling stars. We can all panic next week.
