QB - Carson Palmer, Bengals: Palmer has at least two TDs in four of five games this season, and the Titans have given up 11 passing scores, the second most in the NFL.

RB - Priest Holmes, Chiefs: Holmes is well-rested coming off a bye week, Willie Roaf is back, and if the Redskins can't stop Tatum Bell, they don't have a prayer against Priest.

WR - Reggie Wayne, Colts: The greatest show on turf now resides in Indy, and the Colts will put on an aerial display against the Rams rag-tag secondary on Monday night. Wayne is due to dance in the end zone.

TE - Alge Crumpler, Falcons: Crumpler is coming on strong with TDs in his past two games, and he racked up 103 yards and a score against the Saints last season.

K - Josh Brown, Seahawks: Houston has given up 12 FGs in four games, and Seattle's sixth-ranked scoring offense figures to put up plenty of points in prime time.

DEF - Carolina Panthers: Detroit needed officials assistance to put up 35 points last week, but Joey Harrington was awful, and he might not have Roy Williams to throw to. The Panthers should be thinking shutout.

SIT 'EM DOWN

QB - Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers: Bad knee or not, matchup with the Jags No. 2-ranked pass defense is not a favorable one. If Big Ben plays, he'll do lots of handing off to Jerome Bettis and Willie Parker.

RB - Mewelde Moore, Vikings: He has the starting job but still hasn't scored a TD in his career. He's not likely to break the ice against a stubborn Bears run defense. On an unrelated note, it's good to know the Vikings enjoyed their week off.

WR - Chris Chambers, Dolphins: Chambers doesn't find the end zone often enough to start every week (1 TD in four games), and the Bucs are tough on wideouts, allowing a league-low two passing TDs to date.

TE - Marcus Pollard, Lions: Pollard disappeared last week with no catches vs. the Ravens and failed to make an effort for a couple of catchable balls. Sooner or later, the Lions will stop throwing his way.

K - Josh Scobee, Jaguars: Scobee won't hold back, but the Jags won't get many chances to score against the Steelers. Zoinks!

DEF - New England Patriots: The Pats have been uncharacteristically average on defense, forcing just three turnovers in five games. This week, they go into thin air to face the Broncos, winners of four straight.

Byes: Arizona, Green Bay, Philadelphia, San Francisco
