A seance, the Fringe and oysters aplenty — the best of Baltimore's arts scene this week

Charm City Fringe FestivalA treasure trove of &#8220;cutting-edge and quirky theater and performing arts,&#8221; kicking off Nov. 1 and spanning 11 days, 23 different shows (more than 90 performances in all) and multiple venues in the Bromo Arts District. Among the offerings: &#8220;Too Hip for the Room,&#8221; featuring members of the Siegfried Olsson Band and the Baltimore Improv Group (3:15 p.m. Nov. 3, 8 p.m. Nov. 5, 8:45 p.m. Nov. 7 and 3:15 p.m. Nov. 10); &quot;Beaver Dreams&quot; (La Fi&#232;vre du Castor), a puppet and clown show from Montreal-based Lost &amp; Found Puppet Co.
