Here at Howard magazine, the Best of Howard contest is one of the most anticipated events of the year. At this time, we ask readers to nominate their favorite businesses and community members for a job well done.
There are eight new categories this year, including alternative wellness services, yoga, eye care, pool, place to buy home decor, consignment shop, place to buy pet supplies and photographer.
Here are the rules:
• All nominees must be located in Howard County.
• Only online votes will be counted. No paper ballots.
• Ballots with fewer than 10 nominations will be disregarded.
• Ballots must be submitted by Aug. 31.
• Decisions of the judges are final.
• For a chance to win one of two $50 gift cards to Wegmans, enter a comment along with your name and contact information when voting.
