North Carolina The trip committee is accepting reservations for an excursion April 20-23 to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, N.C. The trip features a visit to the Biltmore Estate's Festival of Flowers, an exhibit of costumes from the British TV series "Downton Abbey" and a tour of Asheville. Cost is $575 per person for double occupancy, $515 for triple occupancy and $485 for four. Fliers are available with more details.

Support groups

The Department of Aging and Disabilities has updated a booklet on community support groups. The booklet focuses on groups for caregivers, Alzheimer's disease, bereavement for adults and children, diabetes, brain injury, cancer, stroke, cardiac and pulmonary problems, Parkinson's disease, and bowel and urinary diversions.
