Lights parade The Eastport Yacht Club's annual Lights Parade will take place between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the Annapolis Harbor and Spa Creek. The event features more than 30 boats of all shapes and sizes, power and sail, decorated with thousands of lights. Boats will circle the waterfront in two fleets, one in front of Eastport, the City Dock and the Naval Academy sea wall, and the other circling the length of Spa Creek inside the bridge.
