Beer and wine festival The fourth annual Kegs and Corks Beer and Wine Festival will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds, 1450 Generals Highway in Crownsville. Tickets include a souvenir cup, limited samples of beer and wine, and entertainment all day. Food will be available for purchase. Musical entertainment includes live performances by The Reagan Years, Chris Sacks Band and Tropical Soul. Proceeds benefit the Chesapeake Bay Trust. Crab feasts:

•The Rotary Club of Annapolis will hold its 70th annual crab feast from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 7 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis.
