Three centuries of silver In celebration of the 25th anniversary of St. John's College's Mitchell Gallery, "Three Centuries of Silver in Annapolis:Creating, Collecting, Cherishing,"will be presented at 1 p.m. in Mellon Hall's Conversation Room, 60 College Ave. in Annapolis. During the program, attendees can explore the role that silver objects played in the history of our city, state, and nation — from the colonial era to ships at sea. The event will also include illustrated talks by experts about historic silver in Annapolis and a Silver Tea and Wine Reception. Spring Luau The Severn River Lions Club will host a Spring Luau from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at American Legion Post 175, 832 Manhattan Beach Road in Severna Park. The all-you-can-eat buffet includes a whole roasted pig, coconut fried shrimp, Polynesian teriyaki-glazed pineapple chicken, passion fruit/guava sweet and sour meatballs, coconut rice and salads, Maui brown sugar pineapple upside-down cake and toasted coconut cake with butter cream frosting. Crab feast The Rotary Club of Annapolis will hold its 70th annual crab feast from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 7 at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis.
