When we first devoured Chef Rod's decadent, juicy, inspiring burgers last year, we were sitting in a former food mart at an Elkridge gas station. Recently, owner-chef Rod Albarran relocated the burger operation inside his nearby R&R Taqueria, where the Mexican and American foods happily co-exist. You can indulge in 8-ounce patties like the "three (not so little) pigs" with pork belly, pepper bacon and pulled pork, or a fuego beef burger with fiery ghost-pepper cheese. There's plenty of seating, unlike the old place.
