Daniel Gaddu, CEO of CR Luxury, speaks on using Instagram for Business

I'm uncertain as to when the trend begun or who started it, but all of a sudden, it seems as though the number 1 destination for travel and photography content is now Costa Rica. It used to be Bali, but it seems the vibes are switching. In order to understand this trend, I had to research it. The first thing I did was look up #travel to find the most occurring locations. Next, I looked up #costarica to see what locations were common denominators between both hashtags. This led me to Los Sueños Resort.
Los Sueños is the most successful resort development in Costa Rica. Nearly 550 luxury residences and home sites have been conveyed to date. Boasting a sales record that is unprecedented in the region, Los Sueños Marina is considered the hottest destination in Latin America for its world-class facilities and renowned billfishery.
I dug even deeper and discovered that a company, by the name of CR Luxury, which also happened to be one of the largest vacation rental and property management companies in Costa Rica, was providing back and forth trips from the US to Costa Rica for bloggers, influencers and content creators, for a fee. In addition to the bloggers being lodged at beach houses and luxury villas, more of the appeal lay in the activities which were coordinated and paid for by the company; zip-lining, sailing, ATV cruising, scuba-diving, just to name a few.
I continued to follow the trail and it led me to Daniel Gaddu, the CEO. Gaddu founded the company over fifteen years ago when Los Suenos resort was completing their first residential complex. With 15 years of expertise in the property management and vacation rental business, and boasting a vast portfolio with over 100 million dollars worth of real estate under their management, it was no wonder that the company has become the leading destination for VIP luxury vacations in Costa Rica.
With the rise of social media, he was able to increase his company's online presence by portraying luxury in every detail. He soon began to attract instagram influencers and travel bloggers. Gaddu believes, this had a trickle down effect across various tourist demographics when his company started attracting spring breakers and honeymooners as well. It's taken him years to deliver the kind of vibe that is synonymous with CR Luxury. By offering a multitude of discounts and incentives, he also is able to beat competition.
"We try to create a fantasy experience" says Gaddu. "When our customers bank on us, they expect an escape, so we provide them with a tranquil getaway in beachfront properties, luxurious condominiums and private villas. We take care of all their vacation needs." When asked what their focus was, the company's CEO Daniel Gaddu, stated that they constantly strived to provide their guests and owners with a home away from home while still giving them a truly enjoyable and stress free experience beyond comparison.
