It'll be mostly sunny today with temperatures reaching a high of 67, and then dropping to a low of 48 overnight. Rain will move into the area after midnight and will continue throughout the day on Friday. Winds will be out of the east southeast at 7 to 14 mph.

Baltimore officials are revisiting the possibility of offering city homeowners a property tax cut in the next year's $2.5 billion budget, according to budget director Andrew W. Kleine.
A new law signed by Gov. Larry Hogan Tuesday allows pleasure boats up to 200 feet to navigate state waters without a licensed bay pilot. A previous law required vessels longer than 79 feet to have a bay pilot onboard.

Deputy Baltimore Police Commission Jerry Rodriquez who had been overseeing the handling of the department's brutality allegations between police and unarmed black men which grew into a nationwide issue, announced Wednesday that he would retire at the end of the month.
