A 17-1 rout of the Rays

Joey Rickard had his first big league multihomer game and drove in four runs to help the Orioles crush the Rays, 17-1, on May 13. Danny Valencia and Trey Mancini also homered, giving the club 58 runs over a seven-game stretch. It was Rickard's first multihomer game since playing for Single-A Bowling Green on May 29, 2013.

The starting pitcher for the Rays? Blake Snell, who gave up five runs in 3 1/3 innings, ballooning his ERA to 3.12 at the time. Snell finished 21-5 with a 1.90 ERA and is the betting-line favorite to win the AL Cy Young.
