Celebrities continue to flock to Annapolis native Christian Siriano for their red carpet looks; nine to be exact from last night's Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.Siriano, the colorful designer and arguably the most successful winner in the history of "Project Runway," once again showed that he can dress all types of women for any occasion.Siriano wrote on his Instagram account that he watched the awards from Barcelona, where he is on a work trip.
