A 2-year-old boy died Tuesday in a Reservoir Hill fire. His father and two brothers were also injured in the fire that occurred in a row house in the 800 block of Whitelock St. The names of the victims weren't released by the fire department.  

Republican Gov.-elect Larry Hogan named former Baltimore Democratic Del. Keiffer Mitchell as a special adviser. Hogan said that Mitchell's role will be to oversee some of his legislative initiatives.

Facebook and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children announced Tuesday the launch of an Amber Alert system that will distribute information about abducted children.
