Holding his charging cable in front of his fully electric Chevy Bolt, Charlie Garlow, who, with his wife, own two EVs (Electric Vehicles), will benefit if the state of Maryland installs more charging stations. Utility companies and other stakeholders are proposing a $104 million plan to install 24,000 charging stations across the state, in what would amount to the largest electric vehicle charging network outside California.
