When Iron Rooster opened in Annapolis in 2014, it found a niche among diners who appreciate all-day breakfast. It followed up on its success in Canton the next year. One of its most popular menu items is the housemade Pop-Tart. It's reminiscent of the kid favorite, but this rendition is almost as big as a plate and comes in creative flavors that vary. We always like the toasty pockets filled with maple bourbon bacon and drizzled with a sugary glaze. But we're tempted by the mixed berry, coconut pineapple, brown sugar and whatever else the chef concocts.
