"Financial and job uncertainty are among the biggest stressors in an individual's life," said Kelly Wilkes, Ojas' owner.

Added co-owner Rex Wilkes,  "With 300,000 federal workers in the Baltimore area, we're seeing both clients and staff affected by the shutdown. If we can positively impact these individuals' health right now, we want to do it."
