Baltimore-area families looking for ways to save on Halloween costumes, take note: Sat. Oct. 8 is National Costume Swap Day.

The Baltimore Homeschool Community Center in Pikesville is hosting a Green Halloween swap event for both child and adult costumes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
