Christian Siriano won the month of April.
After unveiling his first bridal collection at Kleinfeld; having one of his dresses featuring in Beyonce's "Lemonade" special on HBO; and debuting a collection for Lane Bryant staring "Orange Is The New Black" actress Danielle Brooks, the Annapolis native draped garments on a number of high-profile celebs at major events to close out the month.
Pop songstress Ariana Grande wore a textured tulle ball gown from Siriano's Fall 2016 collection to the Time 100 Gala on April 26 in New York City.
"Blindspot" actress Jaimie Alexander wore a cascading flounce gown from Siriano's Pre-Fall 2016 collection this weekend to the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
"Love how elegant she looks!" Siriano wrote on his Facebook page.
"Nashville" star Connie Britton, who Siriano said on Facebook is one of his favorite actresses, also wore a Siriano dress — a cobalt crepe, one-sleved gown — to the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
Finally, "Scandal" actress Bellamy Young wore a cobalt blue dress from Siriano's Pre-Fall 2016 collection to an event in Washington last week. In a Facebook post, Siriano described her as "chic and fabulous."
And May is looking promising for the designer. Actress Scarlett Johansson wore a dress from his Spring 2016 collection for the May cover of Cosmopolitan.
