- It was 10 years ago last July 4 when the photographer for the Catonsville Times, who was taking pictures of the parade, spotted me standing on the sidewalk, enjoying the sights and sounds of the community's annual summer celebration. She came over to me, lugging her camera, lenses and notebook, and noted that I should be in charge of the Times, given that I had grown up in the area and still lived here.
