To create a registration, open the Settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the top-right header of the app, and clicking Log In Or Register. Then tap Register, enter in an email address, password and ZIP Code, and tap Register.

When do I get charged?

  • Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
  • After purchase, subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off through the iTunes & App Store section of your device’s settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

How do I cancel a subscription?

To view, change or cancel a subscription purchased inside of the app, follow the instructions provided by Apple at http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098. To cancel a subscription purchased outside the app, please contact Sun customer service at 888-539-1280 or customersatisfaction@baltsun.com.

Registration / Login

Tap on "Reset Password" from the login screen. You'll then enter your registered email and will be emailed a link to reset your password. Just click the link in the email and then create your new password of 6 characters with a combination of letters and numbers.

I'm still not able to get in, even after resetting my password. Help!
