A man was found inside a vehicle after being shot around 9:45 p.m. Saturday in East Baltimore, police said.
The victim, who was later identified as 20-year-old Tarik Williams, was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died from gunshot wounds. Police believe the shooting occurred in the 1400 block of Montford Ave.
