What if all your questions had rhyming answers?

For Neil Patrick Harris' third time hosting the show, he didn't fix what wasn't broken. He kicked off the night with a fun song-and-dance routine, "What If Life Were More Like Theatre," musing on the benefits of backup dancers and weather-on-cue. Amanda Seyfried popped in for a quick "Mamma Mia" reference, and Patti LaPone joined NPH for a fun bit about how great it would be to have intermissions in real life. Our favorite part was when his "understudy," Jesse Tyler Ferguson, popped in -- until NPH screamed, "GO AWAY! YOU THREATEN ME!"
