After the near-destruction of Earth from an asteroid impact, humanity has begun to dust itself off and rebuild. Unfortunately, there are people who are attempting to slow down progress. With a war brewing across several factions, the time has come to arm yourself, aim true and fight for what you believe in.
"Rage" is a first-person shooter from Bethesda Softworks that combines lavish landscapes with intense gameplay. Where most shooters are content with giving you a handful of weapons to choose from, "Rage" offers a real arsenal filled with a variety of guns and crafted gadgets. With a bevy of weapons at your side, all you'll need is an army to fight against -- and "Rage" has armies. If the various clans of bandits aren't enough, try your hand at the mutants. If the mutants are light work for you, then stand against the Authority. This government-funded fighting force is well armed and well armored and will drop you in a nanosecond if you're not on your game.
A deep story, gorgeous graphics and rock-solid gameplay will make "Rage" a memorable and very entertaining experience.
