Little Kingston may soon have a playmate.
Gwen Stefani and her husband, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, are expecting their second child, according to People.
The news comes from an unlikely source, Rossdale's dad, Douglas Rossdale, who reveals, "They and the whole family are delighted."
The happy news had been leaked to Britain's The Sun, which reports that Stefani is 13 weeks along.
Stefani, 38, met Bush frontman Rossdale, 40, at a 1996 concert she was playing with No Doubt. They were married in London in September 2002. They became the parents of Kingston Rossdale, who turns 2 on May 26. Stefani is also the stepmother to Daisy, a 16-year-old daughter whom Rossdale recently discovered he fathered in an earlier relationship.
Stefani previously dated her bandmate Tony Kanal for several years and many of the songs on their hit album "Tragic Kingdom" is dedicated to their breakup. She was nominated for five Grammys for her solo album, "Love.Angel.Music.Baby.," including album of the year. She also appeared as screen legend Jean Harlow in Martin Scorsese's Howard Hughes biopic "The Aviator" in 2004.
Like his wife, Rossdale has had a successful music career and has also appeared on the big screen in the soccer film "The Game of Their Lives" and as a demon in "Constantine."Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
