Luka Jones, 'Up All Night'

Luka Jones was the low-key, occasionally befuddled counterpoint to the wired antics of Lennon Parham and Jessica St. Clair on "Best Friends Forever" last season. This season, he'll play the low-key younger brother to Christina Applegate's Reagan on "Up All Night" (which debuts Thursday, Sept. 20 at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC), minus the befuddled. We're anticipating lots of sibling issues and parenting-philosophy clashes between the Type-A Reagan and her more mellow bro Scott, who has a young child of his own and is recently divorced. And if UCB veteran Jones can also give Chris (Will Arnett) an ally against the combined forces of Reagan and Ava (Maya Rudolph)? So much the better.
