Arrests in Baltimore for illegal guns often lead to dropped charges or little jail time

Did William Shakespeare really write the legendary plays that bear his name? That's the controversial question posed by this drama from director Roland Emmerich ("Independence Day"), who casts Rafe Spall as Shakespeare allegedly being a front for the works actually penned by a member of British aristocracy (Rhys Ifans).

Many scholars were outraged, as was widely reported, by the scenario the film suggests. Derek Jacobi, David Thewlis, and mother and daughter Vanessa Redgrave and Joely Richardson also star. DVD extras: "making-of" documentary; audio commentary by Emmerich and writer John Orloff. *** (PG-13: AS, V) (Also on Blu-ray and Movies on Demand)
