After Balthazar Getty's rather public displays of affection with Sienna Miller, it comes as no surprise that his marriage is in bad shape.
The "Brothers & Sisters" actor, who has been photographed kissing Miller recently, announced that he's splitting with his wife Rosetta, reports People. The former couple has four children together.
"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," he said in a statement released Monday. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
The Gettys have four children: Cassius Paul, Grace, Violet, and June Catherine, who was only born last October. Rosetta Millington owns the children's fashion line named after herself and launched a high-end women's line, Riser Goodwyn, last year.
Getty, 33, has been seen with a topless Miller, 26, on a boat off the Amalfi coast and another time kissing on a balcony of an Italian hotel room.
Getty stars as Tommy Walker, one of the many titular "Brothers & Sisters" on ABC. He's also appeared on "Charmed" and "Alias." His film credits include "Lord of the Flies," "Young Guns II," "Natural Born Killers," "White Squall," "Lost Highway," "Ladder 49" and "Feast."Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
