'You Are What You Eat'

BBC America Sure, it's amazing and satisfying to see overweight people turn their lives around and lose several stones, but it's nutritionist Gillian McKeith's earthy, in-your-face methods that are fascinating and yes, gross. The "all the foods eaten in a week" is an embarrassing experience when seen laid out in all its fatty, sugary glory, but the most humbling experience has to be McKeith's insistence on analyzing the subject's poop and then describing is consistency and how it utterly fails at being a good healty poop. --Hanh Nguyen, Zap2it BBC America
