Lawrence Huff, 23, Indianapolis, IN

Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi filed criminal recklessness charges against Lawrence Huff and Marqus Hardiman.  Huff and Hardiman are accused of shooting at the house of homicide suspect, Cameron Jones.

Lawrence Huff is charged with one count of C Felony Criminal Recklessness and one count of D Felony Carrying a Handgun without a License.

Marqus Hardiman is charged with one count of C Felony Criminal Recklessness.

According to the probable cause affidavit, IMPD officers were conducting surveillance at the house of a homicide suspect when a car approached and started firing shots into that house.  The officers chased the car and after a crash were able to apprehend two of the suspects Marqus Hardiman and Lawrence Huff.  During Huff¿¿¿s statement to officers, he stated that they were attempting to get Cameron Jones who had killed one of his friends.
