A Muncie family has been caught playing the role of Grinch, stealing cash and gift cards from holiday and birthday cards sent through the U.S. Postal Service.
 
Investigators from the Postal Office of Inspector General sought warrants Monday in Delaware Circuit Court 4 for Robert M. Skeen, 38, his sister, Angela E. Skeen, 34, and their mother, Deborah C. Skeen, 57, who all live in the 1900 block of North Manring Avenue, on charges of theft and receiving stolen property.

NOTE: Arrest and booking photos are provided by law enforcement officials. Arrest does not imply guilt, and criminal charges are merely accusations. A defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty and convicted.
