This year marks Connecticut Lighting Center’s 40th anniversary, and Todd Director (grandson of the founder) says the store’s main objective remains the same: “To make every customer as happy as possible.” One high-tech way to do that, Director says, is the store’s website catalog, where customers can peruse more than 80,000 items before they come in to talk to the Lighting Center’s expert staff and buy exactly what they need.
