Last year in Missouri, there was a four vehicle pile-up which caused the National Transportation Board to recommend the following: that all cell phones should be banned in cars except for emergencies. Why? Because after police investigation, they found that deceased 19-year old truck had sent or received 11 text messages in just 11 minutes immediately before the accident.
