BBQ Grilled Vidalia Onions

Vidalia onions have a high moisture and sugar content, making them the tastiest onion on the market.
Vidalia onion season only lasts until September so get ‘em while you can!

These BBQ Vidalia onions go great on sandwiches or as a side dish.

1 Vidalia onion, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
2 tablespoons of Food Emporium Trading Company Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of America’s Choice BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon of Food Emporium Trading Company Whole Grain Mustard
 
Preheat Grill.
Combine the oil, mustard and BBQ sauce, mix well.
Brush the mixture onto the onion slices.
Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve with your favorite burgers or steaks.
