311 Calls Ignored When Barclays Center In Session, Residents Say

Barclays Center

Some neighbors who live near the Barclay's Center say they are growing tired of safety issues threatening the area and say calling 311 is not helping.

Reports show a borough hall meeting last night paves the way for neighbors to talk about what's really going on since the Barclay's Center opened at the end of September, and how 311 is giving them the brush off.

There have been complaints of public urination, illegal parking and other safety concerns near the arena, but 311 is apparently not taking complaints and processing them very well.

A 311 spokesperson reportedly said he wasn't aware of this problem.
