A Chicago man with more than 100 previous arrests is now being held in connection with a spree of pickpocketing on the CTA Red Line.
Christopher Brown, 50, was arrested Monday, after the Chicago Tribune reported two similar pickpocketing incidents to police.
Officers found one of the incidents on video and were able to identify Brown on CTA surveillance cameras.
Brown, who was already being sought on a warrant for theft, is now facing charges for felony theft and resisting arrest. During a search, police also found Brown in possession of identification cards belonging to other individuals.
Police are still searching for three other men involved.Copyright © 2014, The Baltimore Sun
