Chicken Breast Pizzaiola

Ingredients:
2 6-oz boneless and skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. marinara sauce
1 Tbs fresh garlic, diced fine
1 Tbs olive oil
pinch of dry oregano
pinch of Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped fine
salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Lightly coat chicken in olive oil and grill both sides until cooked through but not dry. Approximately 3 minutes on each side. Heat saute pan over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and marinara sauce. Add cooked chicken breasts and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with pasta of your choice topped with sauce.
