Tacos Ensenada

Ingredients:
4 tortillas
4 sliced Tilapia fish (2 oz.)
4 teaspoons avocado mayonnaise
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 cup of pico de gallo
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
2 eggs for battered
1/4 of lime juice

Directions:
Put the fish in the batter and in sautee pan. Fry the fish until cooked, warm the tortillas put the mayonnaise and fish with the cabbage and pico de gallo and chopped cilantro.

Tacos al Pastor

Ingredients:
4 tortillas
4 sliced pork (1/4")
1/2 cup adobo marinated
1/2 grilled red onions
1/4 grilled pineapple
1/2 cup salsa verde
4 oz. chipotle glaze

Directions:
Cook the pork in a saute pan. Cut in small pieces. Add adobo marinate and chipotle glaze. Warm tortillas and put the pork, grilled red onions, grilled pineapple and salsa verde.
