New Miami Dolphins Head Coach Adam Gase explains how word-of-mouth grew his interest in joining the organization, as well as returning to the AFC.
Miami Dolphins Executive Vice President of Football Operations Mike Tannenbaum said firing former Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin early, allowed the organization to seriously study 25 candidates, and interview seven of them, before deciding to hire Adam Gase.
